1、招标概况
2X235MW ATTARAT OIL SHALE POWER PLANT-JORDAN PROJE is located in UM GHUDRAN Oil Shale Area,which distant form South of Amman 110km.
约旦2X235MW阿塔拉特油页岩电站EPC项目，距离约旦首都安曼南部110km的UM GHUDRAN油页岩开采区
2、标的物的名称、数量及主要技术参数
The estimated weight of cargo of the Jordanian proje is 330000KG, and the batch is not determined at the moment, subje to the aual demand. The weight estimate interval can refer to the attached quotation sheet.
货量：约旦项目预估重量为330000KG，批次暂不确定，以实际需求为准；重量预估区间可参照附件报价表。
Shipment date: April 2018 – December2020.
运输日期：预计2018年4月-2020年12月
质量要求：
(1).Execute according to the quality requirement in the bidding document.
（1）按招标文件中的质量要求执行。
（2）By national standards; If there is no national standard and there are ministerial standards, it shall be carried out according to the standards of the ministry; No national or ministerial standards shall be implemented according to industry praices or recognized enterprise standards.
（2）按国家标准执行；无国家标准而有部颁标准的，按部颁标准执行；无国家和部颁标准的，按行业惯例或公认的企业标准执行。
（3）、The Scope of Tendering:
招标范围：
ncluding but not limit to the handling at Ammanairport, Customs clearance, and the transportation from Ammanairport to the Site of Jordan 2X235MW ATTARAT Oil Shale Power Plant:
① In charge of Jordan inland transportation from Amman airporttill to the Site FOT for partialproje cargoes.
②In charge of Customs clearance, inspeion, terminal receiving, storage， transfer, handling, package repair, etc., for partial proje cargoes.
包括以下项目部分设备及材料的安曼机场地面操作、清关、从安曼机场至项目施工地点的主转运）:
①, 负责项目物资在约旦内陆段运输直至项目现场车板交货；
②, 负责在约旦办理物资进口清关、商检、机场接货、机场堆存、转运、装卸、包装修复等工作；
3、资格要求
(1) The tenderer should hA/Ve an independent legal entity, which hA/Vetheright to sign contras independently and the ability to perform the contra;
(1)具有独立法人资格，具有独立订立合同的权利，履行合同的能力；
(2) The tenderer should engage in international transportation with the required qualification certificates (for example: transport permits, customs declaration certificates, etc.), professional technology, equipment, facilities, personnel, performance experience;
(2)具有从事国际运输所要求的资质证书（例如：运输许可证、报关资质证书等）、专业技术、设备设施、人员组织、业绩经验；
(3) The tenderer should hA/Veflawless bank credit and commercial reputation, good company financial report and comprehensive quality assurance system;
（3）具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉，公司财务状况良好，质量保证体系完备；
(4) Performance: the Jordan inland transportation experience of whole sets of equipment, the past transportation proje with no major accidents, transport performance of whole sets of equipment of proje within three years.
（4）业绩：具有成套设备的约旦国内运输的经验，在承担的运输项目中未发生重大责任事故，三年内具有项目成套设备运输业绩。
The proje does not accept the joint tender.
本项目不接受联合体投标。
4、资格评审方式
Prequalification: conta the tenderer, in accordance with the "qualifications" provides prequalification documents to the tenderer, the tenderer organization review, review qualified suppliers can purchase bidding documents, participate in the bid.
资格预审：供应商联系招标人，按照上述“资格要求”提供资格预审申请文件给招标人，招标人组织评审，评审合格的供应商方可购买标书，参与投标。
After qualification: the supplier contas the tenderee to sign up, purchase bidding documents, and participate in the bidding.
资格后审：供应商联系招标人报名，购买标书，参与投标。
