normal style="text-indent:21.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:22.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >本招标项目茂名石化220千伏用户站接入系统工程 施工 已由茂名市发展和改革局以茂发改交审[2017]49号批准建设，项目建设单位为广东茂名 ，建设资金为自有资金及银行贷款， 项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

2.1建设 新建220kV河油甲线出线间隔线路侧隔离开关、避雷器和TYD等设备。

2、对侧220kV泥乔站改扩建工程：本工程将茂南甲间隔调整为泥烯甲线间隔，将茂南乙间隔调整为泥烯乙线间隔，将旁路间隔改造为茂南甲间隔，将泥河线间隔调整为茂南乙间隔。新建220kV茂南甲线出线间隔线路侧隔离开关、避雷器和TYD。

3、河东至炼油220kV线路 ：本工程新建线路起点位于220kV河东站侧电缆终端场，终点位于220kV炼油站侧电缆终端场，新建双回路架空线路段共2×5.781km。拆除110kV河油中线、河油北线单回路旧线长约8.0km 。导线每相采用2×JL/LB1A-400/35铝包钢芯铝绞线，地线：采用一根JLB40-150铝包钢绞线，一根48芯OPGW光缆。

4、河东至炼油220kV线路 ：河东至炼油220kV线路 由河东站侧段 和炼油站侧段 组成。河东站侧段 ：为河东站站内终端～J2A15新建电缆终端场Ⅰ段,包含河油甲线和河油乙线双回线路；炼油站侧段 ：为J2A55新建电缆终端场Ⅱ～炼油站户内GIS室内段,包含河油甲线和河油乙线双回线路。新建河东～炼油电缆线路从河东站内终端至户外电缆终端总长 2× 0.452km，新建河东～炼油电缆 3A 段线路从户外电缆终端 J2A55 至炼油站 GIS 室内总长 2× 0.155km。 本工程电缆采用2500mm²铜截面电缆。

5、泥乔至乙烯220kV线路 ：本工程新建线路起点位于220kV泥乔站侧构架，终点分别位于220kV乙烯站侧电缆终端场、220kV泥南甲乙#3 ，新建双回路架空线路段共 2×5.573km，其中新建泥乔至乙烯双回架空线路段共2×4.970km，改造泥乔至茂南 220kV双回架空线路段共2×0.603km，泥乔至河东单回线路重紧线长约1×0.247km。拆除110kV泥烯中北线双回路旧线长约6.0km 。导线每相采用2×JL/LB1A-400/35铝包钢芯铝绞线，地线：采用一根JLB40-150铝包钢绞线，沿新建线路、泥乔站构架至泥河#2分别架设一根48芯OPGW光缆，沿改造线路架设一根36芯OPGW光缆。

6、泥乔至乙烯220kV线路 ：本工程起于新建电缆终端场 J3C55，从终端场向西沿新建双回路电缆沟、双回路埋管敷设至乙烯站GIS室内。 新建泥乔～乙烯电缆3C段线路从户外电缆终端J2C55至乙烯站GIS室内总长2×0.709km，其中，双回路土建建设段共0.613km，电缆截面为2500mm²。

茂名石化220千伏用户站接入系统工程施工 包括：

1、炼油至乙烯220kV线路 ：本工程新建线路起点位于220kV炼油站侧电缆终端场，终点位于220kV乙烯站侧电缆终端场，新建双回路架空线路段共 2×18.462km。拆除110kV 榭烯中北线双回路旧线长约18.0km 。导线每相采用2×JL/LB1A-400/35铝包钢芯铝绞线，地线：采用一根JLB40-150铝包钢绞线，一根48芯OPGW光缆。

2、炼油至乙烯220kV线路 ：①炼油站侧电缆线路代号“ B 线 1B 段”，其起于炼油站内电缆终端，从练油站围墙向东出线后，新建双回路电缆沟、双回路埋管、双回路顶管、电缆桥架敷设至新建电缆终端场Ⅰ处。新建炼油至乙烯电缆线路从炼油站内终端至户外电缆终端总长 2× 2. 88km。其中，220kV单回路土建建设段共 0.05km；220kV双回路土建建设段共 2. 83 km；变电站内电缆沟土建工程划分为变电站土建专业；本工程电缆采用 2500mm²铜截面电缆。②乙烯站侧电缆线路代号“B线3B 段”，其起于J2B140新建电缆终端场Ⅱ，从终端场向东沿新建双回路电缆沟、双回路顶管以及双回路埋管敷设至炼油站GIS 室内。新建炼油～乙烯电缆3B段线路从户外电缆终端J2B140至乙烯站 GIS 室内总长 2× 1.327km。其中，双回路土建建设段共1.264km；变电站内电缆沟土建工程划分为变电站土建专业；本工程电缆采用2500mm²铜截面电缆。

具体建设规模以施工图纸为准。
