'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);break-before: auto;break-after: auto;direction: ltr\">根据国家相关规定，自2019年4月1日起，将城乡居民基本医疗保险费交由税务部门征收，实现税费统征统管、同征同查。为实现上述目标，现由贵州银行承建贵州省城乡居民医疗保险费信息共享平台，实现城乡居民医疗保险费征收相关的数据在医疗保障局和税务局之间的交换，保证数据的真实性、及时性和完整性，实现信息共享和业务协同。

'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);break-before: auto;break-after: auto;direction: ltr\">贵州省城乡居民医疗保险费信息共享平台项目的总体目标是：按照统一的技术标准，搭建医疗保障局城乡居民医疗保险费信息共享平台，实现与城乡居民医疗保险费征收相关的数据在医疗保障局和税务局之间的交换，保证数据的真实性、及时性和完整性，实现信息共享和业务协同。项目范围包括共享平台建设，外围业务系统、税务系统的联调等。

'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">按照相关的数据标准，提供统一的省级通道及系统接口，对接城镇居民医疗保险系统、新型农村合作医疗保险业务系统和税务局相关系统，实现医疗保障局与税务局的数据交换。

'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">2. 系统管理功能开发

'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">提供用户管理、系统接入、授权管理、查询服务、统计分析等模块功能。便于对平台进行统一管理和维护。

'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">3. 系统监控功能开发

'Times New Roman';white-space: normal;background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)\">系统需对数据交换的全过程进行监控，并记录日志。在数据传输过程当中一旦发生故障、异常，系统将在第一时间告警。并将异常信息反馈到电脑终端或者通过短信、微信等方式推送到管理员的移动终端上。方便管理人员在日常管理过程中及时掌握系统运行状况，另外通过可视化界面监控数据的发送、接收及结果情况。
