陈家冲—西园雨污生态环保示范项目拟结合陈家冲片区雨污分流、生活污水收集处理的现实需求，同时统筹规划以点带面，将西园1号洼地区域建设成理念先进、技术领先，同时山水和谐、环境优美、生态自然的具有良好亲和性、参与性的现代生态环保标杆区，利用现代科技手段集中展示和宣传三峡集团开展长江大保护、践行“四水共治”生态环保理念、技术和成效。主要包括陈家冲片区雨污分流改造、新建污水集中处理设施、新建雨水收集利用系统、建设西园生态示范展示系统以及新建智慧化集控及展示系统等工作内容。工程投资总额约3500万元。
