normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%; " >每年汛期和蓄水期，长江上游的大量漂浮物会到达三峡大坝坝前，浮在水面或者半潜于水中，形成大面积的聚集，对三峡枢纽的安全稳定运行及坝前水环境造成不利影响。2010-2018年，坝前平均来漂量近8万m³，其中年度最大来漂量为18.8万m³，主要聚集区域为左右岸电站和地下电站前；漂浮物主要包括生物质（树木及农林废弃物等）、人工合成有机物 （塑料、橡胶等）、无机物（玻璃、石块等）及少量的金属和动物尸体等；按重量统计，生物质约占80%，其他物质约占20%；尺寸最大的漂浮物如大树和窝竹可达数十米长，单个漂浮物最重可达5吨以上。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%; " >目前，坝前已有机械化清漂船4艘，分别为清漂1号（船长49m）、清漂2号（船长65m）、清漂3号（船长27m）、清漂4号（船长10m）。其中大型清漂船（清漂1、2号）为双体船型，船体采用双主机，双360度全回转Z型推进器，配备专用清漂装置，主要采用钢制网带伸入水中，在两侧扫漂和中间扒漂装置的协助下，连续转动打捞漂浮物上船，接着通过水平和横移输送带将漂浮物传 目前，这些机械化清漂船运行正常，坝前的漂浮物也从2010年开始基本被全部打捞起来并进行无害化处理。为进一步增强漂浮物打捞能力，本次拟新建一艘大型清漂船，取名“清漂5号”，船舶设计总长约80m。
