normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%; " >鄂州电厂厂外施工道路（316 国道-鄂州电厂北门）位于葛店经济开发区内，为双向 2 车道，日通行车辆 200 余车次，是鄂州电厂重要的生产、生活性主要运输干道，沿线道路两侧多为居民区及电厂铁路线。施工道路于 90 年代建成，2012 年再次修复，原道路结构等级较低，经多年使用，受超重车辆的影响，既有路面出现严重病害，影响电厂粉煤灰、石灰石、石渣、石膏等车辆的正常行驶。本次将对鄂州电厂厂外施工道路进行修复，施工期间需保证道路不间断通行。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%; " >自三一六国道起（起点桩号 K0+000）至鄂州电厂北门（桩号 K1+191.228），本次改造路线全长 1191.228m。主要工作内容为拆除原有破损路面混凝土、修整路面基础路槽、按照设计要求施工基础垫层、路面混凝土施工、路面混凝土养护等。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%; " >3.1 本次招标要求投标人须具备以下资质条件、业绩要求及项目经理要求，并具有与本招标项目相应的施工能力。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%; " >（1）资质条件：投标人应具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上或公路工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，具有在有效期内的安全生产许可证；
