normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'> 新疆中核天山铀业 数字矿山（第一阶段）建设项目经新疆中核天山铀业 以新核铀发【2019】42号文批准建设，资金已到位，项目已具备招标条件。本工程的项目法人及

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.1pt; line-height:150%'>主要建设内容：数字化地浸采冶矿山企业大数据中心平台建设、三维可视化管控平台建设等内容，包括硬件及软件的建设内容。

normal style='line-height:150%'>2.3 完成期限：合同中约定。

normal style='line-height:150%'>3.投标人资格要求

normal style='line-height:150%'>3.1应具有独立法人资格；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%; text-autospace:ideograph-other'>3.2凡有意参加投标的企业应具有软件企业认定证书或其他相关证明；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%; text-autospace:ideograph-other'>3.4具有质量体系管理认证证书；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%; text-autospace:ideograph-other'>3.5具有履行合同设备的安装、调试、试运行、移交前维护、移交、并至验收合格交付使用，以及提供技术支持、售后服务、本次采购设备紧急服务的设备和专业技术能力；

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char;text-autospace: ideograph-other'>3.6企业承担类似矿山大数据中心及矿山三维管控平台工程业绩；

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char;text-autospace: ideograph-other'>3.7本次招标不接受联合体投标。法定代表人为同一人的两个及两个以上法人、母公司与全资子公司及其控股公司，不得同时投标。
