1. 招标条件

2. 项目概况

3. 招标范围

4. 投标人资格要求

normal style='line-height:150%'>4.1 参加本次招标的投标人须具备以下资格条件：

1）投标人必须是在中华人民共和国境内依法（登记）注册的法人或者其他组织；

2）投标人必须是国防二级或以上计量机构，或省部级或国家级计量机构。

5. 招标文件的获取
