normal style="margin-bottom:0.0000pt;text-indent:21.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000; text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;mso-pagination:none;line-height:150%;" >（1）风力发电机组，包括风电机组电气系统、控制/保护系统、就地升压变及配套高低压开关柜（含高压环网柜、升压变高低压侧全部电缆、光缆及其附件等）、中央监控系统和远程监控系统（各1套），塔筒内附件及附属设备（不含塔筒）、塔筒连接高强螺栓、载人升降机、风机基础平台维护吊机、备品备件、易耗品及专用工具（其中安装专用工具包括但不限于液压力矩紧固工具、液压拉伸器等专用安装工具、底塔立运工装及吊具、底塔防雨盖、底塔电气设备安装所需的整套专用吊具、工器具等）等设备和相关配套服务等；

3．投标人资格要求

normal style="margin-bottom:0.0000pt;text-indent:21.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000; text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;mso-pagination:none;line-height:150%;" >（1）资质条件：具有独立法人资格的风电机组制造商；风电机组制造商应具有所投机型风力发电机组设备的设计、制造等总成能力；投标机型应通过第三方权威机构的设计认证。
