一、对本项目招标公告及招标文件作以下修改：

1、对2019年8月9日随第一次招标澄清发出的GZZF文件作修正，最新GZZF文件将随本补充公告上传发布，请各投标单位自行下载。

2、修改招标公告第九条投标人合格条件第4点注②
