normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >据统计，三峡枢纽区办公及公共服务设施面积（含拟建）约16.5万㎡；枢纽区内办公人数4000~6000名；而现有办公生活区停车位总计仅约600个。根据三峡枢纽区内办公生活人员及车辆的实际情况分析，目前办公生活停车位严重不足。故此次拟按照满足《城市居住区规划设计规范》(2016版)第6.0.5条关于公共停车场(库)的停车位控制指标要求（每100㎡使用面积一个车位）并留有余地的原则，在三峡枢纽区内各办公生活区块新增办公生活停车位约1400个，并预留10%的充电桩停车位；同时按照“一人一车位”原则进行停车位的远期规划。
