normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >乌东德水电站位于云南省昆明市禄劝县和四川省会东县境内。乌东德水电站开发任务以发电为主，兼顾防洪，电站建成后可发展库区航运。水库总库容74.08亿m3，电站装机容量10200MW。本工程为一等大（1）型工程，大坝、泄水建筑物、引水发电建筑物等主要永久性水工建筑物为1级建筑物，结构安全级别为Ⅰ级。乌东德左、右岸水电站均为引水式地下厂房，左、右岸电站内各装有6台单机功率为850MW混流式水轮发电机组。首批机组计划于2020年投产发电。
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >根据中国长江三峡集团 对三峡-金沙江下游梯级电站运行管理的整体规划设计，三峡-金沙江下游梯级电站实行“水库统一调度，电力分区控制”的管控模式，在原有三峡梯调中心的基础上新增成都调控中心和昆明调控中心两个分支机构，其中成都调控中心主要负责溪洛渡和向家坝电站的集中调控；昆明调控中心拟对乌东德和白鹤滩水电站进行集中调控。目前三峡梯调中心、成都调控中心已建设完成。昆明调控中心随着乌东德、白鹤滩水电站的建设正在同步进行建设中。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >工作内容包括本招标文件规定的昆明调控安全稳定控制系统主站采购合同设备和乌东德电站合同设备的设计、制造、提供图纸资料、检验、工厂试验、供货、现场安装（包括合同设备现场卸货、搬运、安装就位、线缆敷设与接线，提供与昆明调控自动化机房内所有外接设备间的连接电缆等）、调试、试运行等、现场试验、培训(包括在卖方工厂的培训及现场培训)等。买方已为本系统采购一面屏柜，机柜尺寸为800（宽）X1000（深）X2000（高），本系统的服务器、工作站及网络交换机均安装在该屏柜内，买方已完成该屏柜的现场的安装就位；买方已将外部电源、外部电缆及KVM线缆引至柜内，并完成柜内PDU、数配架及KVM端子的安装，卖方仅需负责柜内设备的安装及与柜内PDU、数配架及KVM端子的连接。
