normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >本招标项目主要是为乌东德水电站业主仓储区域提供安保服务。乌东德水电站右岸隶属云南省昆明市禄劝县，左岸隶属四川省凉山州会东县。长江三峡设备物资 乌东德项目部主要承担乌东德工程柴油统供及加油站运行管理工作、乌东德工程业主钢材、止水铜等统供物资和机电设备、施工设备、公用设备、金属结构等的存储管理工作。所管理的业主仓储区域主要有：工程油库（含加油站）面积约6000平方米，其中油库约4000平方米，加油站约2000平方米；综合仓库面积约5700平方米，其中封闭仓库约2500平方米、综合仓库堆场约3200平方米；机电仓库面积约62800平方米，其中封闭库21800平方米，机电堆场41000平方米，阴地沟堆场约8000平方米。
2.2 招标范围及服务期限

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >（2）服务内容：提供门卫、巡逻、守护、安全检查以及安全技术防范等常规保安服务，并对保安人员进行管理；在服务区域内履行保安服务工作职责，确保指定的服务区域全天候安全受控；

text-align:left;" >投标人应同时满足以下资质条件、业绩要求，并在信誉等方面满足招标文件的要求：
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;text-align:left;" >（1）资质要求：具有独立法人资格，注册资本金不少于人民币50万元，营业执照经营范围包含保安服务，具备公-安机关颁发的保安服务许可证；
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;text-align:left;" >（2）业绩要求：2016年01月01日至投标截止时间（以合同签订时间为准）具有保安服务项目业绩。
