一、招标条件
本数控滚丝机【重新招标】（招标 2）投标设备的制造商应在国内航空航天企业近3年内（以合同签订日期为准）具有销售过同型号设备至少3台的交付业绩（投标文件提供对应合同及验收单等证明材料），无不良设备销售记录。
3）投标文件提供投标设备的制造商近3年在国内外航空航天企业的销售业绩清单。
4）对于在中华人民共和国关境外提供货物的投标商，一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标（如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇）。
1) The bidding product model shall be standard product according to the latest sample copies publicly released by the manufacturer. The bidding product shall be imported product with original packaging which is convenient for operation & maintains with high reliability & compact structure.
2) There shall be accomplished manufacturer’s sale performance (with the relevant contracts & acceptance certificates in the bidding documents) of at least 3 sets of same model equipment in Chinese aeronautics & astronautics industry in recent 3 years (according to the date of contract) without bad sales record.
3) There shall be the manufacturer’s sale performance list of aeronautics & astronautics industry at domestic & abroad in recent 3 years in the bidding documents.
4) Once winning the bid, the tenderer must be the contracting party who signed the foreign trade contract for this project with the vendee. If the tenderer does not possess the ability of signing a foreign trade contract with the vendee, its bid will be abandoned. (If the product is imported and an import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign a foreign trade contract with the vendee or the vendee's commercial agency in its own name and should accept exchange paid by a company within the customs territory.
本项目不允许联合体投标。

1.3 项目概况与招标范围： 该设备为数控精密螺纹滚丝机，可完成航空紧固件的高精度、高强度螺纹加工。可加工难加工材料如：钛合金、高温合金等。 最大可加工工件直径：≥60mm 最小可加工工件直径：≤3mm 最大滚压力≥20吨力 所加工产品螺纹精度等级优于4级。 1.4 资格要求： 1）所投产品型号应为设备制造商标准产品，以设备制造商最新公开发布的样本为准。投标设备为原装进口，设备可靠性高，操作、维修方便，结构紧凑。 2）投标设备的制造商应在国内航空航天企业近3年内（以合同签订日期为准）具有销售过同型号设备至少3台的交付业绩（投标文件提供对应合同及验收单等证明材料），无不良设备销售记录。 3）投标文件提供投标设备的制造商近3年在国内外航空航天企业的销售业绩清单。 4）对于在中华人民共和国关境外提供货物的投标商，一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标（如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇）。 2.招标文件售价：1000元 或160美元 3.
