normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:20.55pt; line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>2.1 招标内容：云南电网有限责任公司楚雄供电局2017年农电三项费用（生产类、营销类）修理项目施工（标段三）（包括辖区各供电有限公司范围内的线路架设、变配电设备安装调试、户表安装等、旧有设施拆除归堆入库，以及完成甲乙双方会审认可的工程项目施工图设计及说明书（施工技术规范书）规定的其它安装工作）。施工范围内的设备安装、调试、电缆工程、营配一体化信息资料采集、测录等。负责办理相关施工许可手续，配合 normalTable border=1 cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0 width=634 style='border-collapse:collapse;border:none'>

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.1pt; line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>（2）资质要求：电力工程施工总承包或输变电工程专业承包叁级及以上资质；具备《承装（修、试）电力设施许可证》承装、承修类五级及以上资质；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.1pt; line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>（3）财务要求：具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度，经营状况良好；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.1pt; line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>（4）项目经理（项目负责人）的要求：须具有建设行政主管部门颁发的资格证书(机电工程二级建造师)及有效的安全考核合格证书。
