normal style="text-indent:21.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;layout-grid-mode:char;line-height:150%;" >本次采取资格后审方式对各位投标申请人进行资格审查，通过形式为合格制。
4.2 投标申请人必须满足以下资格条件：
(1)必须经国家工商行政管理部门登记注册，具有独立的法人资格，具有独立承担民事责任能力，没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结，破产状态。
(2)必须具备有效期内的营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证，或三证合一的社会统一信用代码证。
(3)最近三年内没有骗取中标和严重违法、违约及重大服务质量问题，没有因违反规定被中国电力招标采购网、云南 、普洱 限制参与投标资格。
(4)单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标或者未划分标段的同一招标项目投标。
(5)本项目不接受联合体投标。
(6)具备消防设施维护保养检测机构三级及以上资质。
