normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >6.1投标文件的制作：投标人应按照《 电子商务系统操作手册》，通过“ 电子商务系统投标客户端”制作和上传投标文件，电子版本投标文件需签字、盖章 。同时按招标文件要求提交纸质投标文件，纸质版本投标文件应采用电子版本投标文件进行打印 ，与电子版本保持一致，纸质版本投标文件应在封面加盖公章，其他部分无需重复签章。未按要求制作和上传电子版本投标文件的投标将被否决，电子版投标文件与纸质版本不一致的，最终以电子版本为准。
