'Times New Roman';font-size: 16px">4、交货时间：'Times New Roman';font-size:16px">根据招标人施工进度计划需在2019年04月01日前到货，2019年4月20日具备使用条件（具体到货日期根据甲方要求），如因招标人场地原因招标人要求延迟供货，招标人提前5日通知投标人，供应方原因交货延迟，违约责任按第四章合同条款执行'Times New Roman';font-size:16px">。

'Times New Roman';font-size: 16px">1、竞标响应人必须满足的条件：

'Times New Roman';line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">1.1竞标响应人为生产厂家的，必须是依照中华人民共和国法律设立并在中华人民共和国境内登记注册的独立法人，企业注册资本金壹仟万元人民币及以上。

'Times New Roman';line-height: 150%;font-size: 16px">1.2竞标响应人为代理商的，必须是依照中华人民共和国法律设立并在中华人民共和国境内登记注册的独立法人，企业注册资本金500万元人民币及以上；且其代理的生产厂商须满足1.1条生产厂家资格条件的要求，并在竞标响应文件中提交相关证明文件。
