normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>2、招标内容：依法组织本项目自确定招标代理机构之日起，完成本项目的勘察、设计、施工、监理、检测及其他咨询服务（如果有）等标段的招标代理服务，具体标段以招标人通知为准。代理工作内容包括但不限于依法办理招标申请手续，依法办理招标备案工作及办理编制招标工作方案、招标公告（含资格审查文件）、招标文件（含工程量清单、招标控制价）、招标控制价备案、依法完成招标公告上网，依法组织接受报名及接收申请投标资料，依法组织资格审查、编写资格审查报告；组织招标文件（含技术资料、图纸、答疑文件等）的发放、踏勘现场、组织答疑会及整理答疑纪要文件，依法组织抽取专家评委和开标、评标工作、草拟评标报告，发出中标通知书，编制、整理招标全过程资料，装订成册移交招标单位归档等招标相关系列工作。
