normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>本韶关35千伏周陂输变电工程施工、武深高速仁化至新丰段35千伏青云山隧道入口专用变电站接入系统工程施工已由翁源县发展和改革局、韶关市发展和改革局以广东省企业基本建设投资项目备案证（备案项目编号：130229442010427）、翁发改函[2016]5号、韶发改能源[2016]10号文批准建设，项目建设单位为广东电网有限责任公司韶关供电局，建设资金为自有资金及银行贷款，招标人为广东电网有限责任公司韶关供电局。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

2.2建设规模：

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>(一)35kV周陂变电站工程：

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>本期建设5MVA主变压器2台，35kV出线1回，10kV出线10回，主变10kV侧不设置无功补偿装置；

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>(二)110kV田心站至35kV周陂站输电线路工程：

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>1、新建一回田心至周陂35kV输电线路，线路长度为18.859km。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2、本工程对35kV田糖线进行改造，新建35kV田糖线#3至构架段线路，线路长度为0.473km。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3、本工程需拆除35kV田糖线#3小号侧至构架段原有架空线路约0.443km，拆除地线约0.443km，拆除双回路铁塔2基。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>本期110kV南龙站扩建1回35kV出线（青云山隧道）。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>(二)配套通信设备工程：

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>具体建设规模以施工图纸为准。

2.3计划工期：韶关35千伏周陂输变电工程施工：231日历天，计划开工日期：2017年6月30日，计划竣工日期：2018年2月15日。

武深高速仁化至新丰段35千伏青云山隧道入口专用变电站接入系统工程施工：62日历天，计划开工日期：2017年6月30日，计划竣工日期：2017年8月30日

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.4招标范围：施工图纸范围内的建筑、安装、调试工程以及完成招标文件规定的工程项目所需的各项工作（具体内容详见招标文件）。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.5标段划分：本项目本次招标分为1个标段。（具体标段划分详见招标文件）。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3. 投标人资格要求

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>3.1具有独立法人资格，持有合法有效的企业法人营业执照；建设行政主管部门颁发的安全生产许可证且在有效期内。

3.2资质要求：具备电力工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，或输变电工程专业承包叁级及以上资质。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>3.7项目经理（项目负责人）的要求：拟派驻的项目经理要求已取得二级及以上注册建造师执业证书（机电专业），同时持有项目经理安全生产考核合格证（B类），并在投标申请报名单位注册。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>注：根据广东省住房和城乡建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3.10 其他：已在广州公共资源交易中心办理企业信息登记，且拟担任本工程项目经理（项目负责人）须是本企业在广州公共资源交易中心的企业信息登记在册人员。
