根据吉林省政府采购监督管理部门下达的政府采购任务通知书，吉林省政府采购中心对下列项目进行国内竞争性谈判采购，现邀请符合条件的供应商提交密封响应文件。

七、竞争性谈判文件的获取时间和方式：自本公告发布之日起至2017年6月2日 16:00时（北京时间，下同），请有意投标的供应商自行登陆吉林省政府采购中心网站下载。
八、确认参加谈判截止时间：2017年6月2日 16:00时

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:25.3pt; mso-char-indent-count:2.1;mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none'>1.首先登录吉林省政府采购中心网（www.jlszfcg.gov.cn），按照规定进行供应商注册登记，网上注册登记后，请携带相关材料到国投安信数字证书认证有限公司所在地办理CA认证。未进行网上注册并办理CA认证的供应商将无法参与吉林省政府采购中心组织的所有招标采购活动。”
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:25.3pt; mso-char-indent-count:2.1;mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none'>2.供应商取得CA认证后，可登录吉林省政府采购中心网站“CA登录区”下载电子招标文件。招标文件由《通用部分》和《需求部分》两部分组成。供应商下载招标文件后，务必在规定的“确认参加投标截止时间”之前点击“投标”按钮确认参加投标才具有投标资格。如果供应商在规定的“确认参加投标截止时间”之前没有点击“投标”按钮确认参加投标，将失去参加本项目投标的资格。
