normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>本清远供电局2017年新建配网工程监理已由广东电网有限责任公司清远供电局以清供电计划〔2017〕14号文批准建设，项目建设单位为广东电网有限责任公司清远供电局，建设资金为自有资金及银行贷款，招标人为广东电网有限责任公司清远供电局。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的建设监理进行公开招标。

2.1建设地点：清远市

2.2建设规模：清远供电局2017年新建配网工程监理，计划投资总金额为23649.64万元。分为2个标段，第一标段包括清城局、清新局、佛冈局新建配网工程项目，第二标段包括英德局、阳山局、连州局、连南局、连山局新建配网工程项目。具体详见招标文件。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.3计划工期：  100 日历天，计划开工日期： 2017 年  8  月  1 日，计划竣工日期： 2017 年   11月  8  日（实际工期以开工报告、竣工报告为准）。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.4招标范围：施工准备（含三通一平）、施工、竣工结算、缺陷责任期、电子化移交的全过程监理。按照建设单位要求使用工程信息管理系统。（具体内容详见招标文件）。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.5标段划分：本项目本次招标分为 2 个标段。项目名称分别为：1、清远供电局2017年新建配网工程监理（第一标段），2、清远供电局2017年新建配网工程监理（第二标段）。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3. 投标人资格要求

3.1具有独立法人资格，持有合法有效的企业法人营业执照。

3.2资质要求：具备工程监理综合资质或电力工程监理乙级或以上资质。

3.6信誉要求：无要求。

3.6总监理工程师的要求：已取得注册监理工程师执业证书，在投标申请报名单位注册。
