2.1建设地点：肇庆市

2.4招标范围：施工图纸范围内的配电网建筑、安装及调试工程，配合完成营配一体化信息资料测录，维护、保管、保修等各项工作，甲供设备材料的运输、仓储、检验及保管，安健环安装，负责协助办理相关施工许可手续，配合招标人完成青苗赔偿洽谈工作。全面开展样板点的标准建设工作（具体内容详见招标文件）。

3.2、资质要求：具备电力工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，或输变电工程专业承包三级及以上资质。

normal style='line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>3.7、项目经理（项目负责人）的要求：拟派驻的项目经理（项目负责人）要求已取得二级及以上注册建造师执业证书（机电专业），同时持有项目经理安全生产考核合格证（B类），并在投标申请报名单位注册。注：根据广东省住房和城乡建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。

normal style='line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3.10、其他：已在广州公共资源交易中心办理投标IC卡，且拟担任本工程项目经理（项目负责人）须是本企业（IC卡）中的在册人员。

normal style='line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3.11、若投标人（包括投标人的委托人、代理人或与投标人有销售、劳务或服务等关系的其他主体）在参加南方电网公司系统的招投标活动或经济往来等过程中曾经存在违法事件的，自南方电网公司发文公布违法事件之日起，在规定时间内不接受该投标人参与公司的招投标活动，具体时间按《中国南方电网有限责任公司供应商行贿行为信息记录及处置办法》的相关规定执行。

normal style='line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3.12、本次重新招标的项目为肇庆德庆2017年第二批20千伏及以下项目（标段一）施工，根据原肇庆德庆2017年第二批20千伏及以下项目施工招标文件规定：“在多标段招标中若某标段招标失败，在其他标段已中标的单位不得参与此标段重新招标的投标”，原肇庆德庆2017年第二批20千伏及以下项目施工其它标段的中标单位，不得参与此标段重新招标的投标。
