抚松林区法院 执行指挥系统建设竞争性谈判采购信息公告
根据吉林省政府采购监督管理部门下达的政府采购任务通知书，吉林省政府采购中心于2017年2月27日，对下列项目进行了国内竞争性谈判采购，因提交响应文件的供应商（合格的供应商）不足三家而废标，现重新进行国内竞争性谈判采购，邀请符合条件的供应商提交密封响应文件。

八、确认参加谈判截止时间：2017年06月23日 16:00。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:25.3pt; mso-char-indent-count:2.1;mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none'>2.供应商取得CA认证后，可登录吉林省政府采购中心网站“CA登录区”下载电子招标文件。招标文件由《通用部分》和《需求部分》两部分组成。供应商下载招标文件后，务必在规定的“确认参加投标截止时间”之前点击“投标”按钮确认参加投标才具有投标资格。如果供应商在规定的“确认参加投标截止时间”之前没有点击“投标”按钮确认参加投标，将失去参加本项目投标的资格。
