normalCxSpLast style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:24.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4. 项目总监理工程师必须具有建设部nth="4" Day="1" IsLunarDate="False" IsROCDate="False" w:st="on">2006年4月1日后颁发的中华人民共和国注册监理工程师注册执业证书，且其注册证书专业为房屋建筑工程，注册执业单位为本公司。

5. 投标人自nth="1" Year="2012" w:st="on">2012年1月1日至今独立完成过质量合格的类似工程业绩（类似工程是指第3点所述资质方能承接的工程）。需同时提供中标通知书或免招标的相关证明、施工监理合同、竣工验收报告或竣工验收证明的复印件。

6. 资格审查前，投标人须在广州市住房和城乡建设委员会建立企业诚信档案及拟担任本项目总监理工程师须是本企业诚信档案中的在册人员。
