normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:200%'>完成本项目勘察、设计、施工、采购、联合试运转至工程竣工验收（包括：建筑工程（含建筑装修装饰工程）、幕墙工程、机电工程、智能化工程、市政园林绿化工程、临时用水用电工程、永久用水用电工程、发电机工程、燃气工程、专业装修、医用专业工程等）及移交的“交钥匙”工程总承包，配合业主办理报建、报批、结（决）算审计等工作；完成工程保修等工作，以及按设计任务书和设计指引的要求，具体包括但不限于以下事项：

normal style='margin-left:44.1pt;mso-para-margin-left:3.2gd;text-indent:-10.5pt;mso-char-indent-count:-1.0;line-height:200%'>②招标内容含有设计要求，且设计要求仅为深化设计的，在投标人的资质设置要求中，不允许设置设计资质要求。建造师的专业及等级标准按《注册建造师执业管理办法（试行）》及《注册建造师执业工程规模标准（试行）》；注册建造师包括延续注册成功的注册临时建造师。根据广东省建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。小型项目负责人需符合穗建筑[2010]915号文规定，专业以企业聘书上所聘专业为准，如聘书中专业未明确，以小型负责人继续教育培训合格证中的专业为准。项目负责人在任职期间不得担任专职安全员，项目专职安全员在任职期间也不得担任项目负责人。

normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:200%'>6、投标人（或联合体主办方）专职安全员须具有在有效期内安全生产考核合格证（C证），或能够提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页。项目负责人和安全员不为同一人。

normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:200%'>投标人自2014年 1月 1日（近3年或以上）至今完成过质量合格的类似工程业绩（类似工程指建筑工程施工总承包资质方能承接的工程，且中标金额大于或等于30000万元的房屋建筑，完成时间以竣工验收时间为准）。需同时提供中标通知书或免招标的相关证明、施工合同、竣工验收报告或竣工验收证明。如以上资料不能证明业绩规模的技术指标（指面积、高度、跨度、管径等）的，须另提供可证明业绩技术指标的其他资料。

注：1、资格审查时，电子资审系统将对投标人的企业资质、本项目的项目负责人的资格、投标企业安全生产许可证、项目负责人安全生产考核合格证（B类）、专职安全员的安全生产考核合格证（C类）是否符合要求提供辅助审查结果，最终以资格审查委员会审查的结果为准。对联合体企业暂不提供辅助审查结果，由资格审查委员会进行审查。
