normal style='margin-left:21.75pt;line-height:150%'>2、招标范围：项目拆除原二龙小学闲置旧址建筑2629平方米，新建致明学校总建筑面积11655平方米，其中计容建筑面积10493平方米，不计容建筑面积1162平方米。主要建设内容为教学及教学辅助用房3643平方米，公共活动及康复用房1226平方米，办公用房1766平方米，生活用房4038平方米，架空层及连廊1162平方米，体育活动场地5744平方米，停车场面积1050平方米，道路广场4710平方米，绿地面积2180平方米，并实施给排水、电气、通风空调系统、弱电、标识标志系统等配套工程。
