normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>本云浮220千伏仁安站扩建#2主变工程、110千伏布夏输变电工程监理已由云浮市发展和改革局以《广东省企业基本建设投资项目备案证》（备案项目编号135300442010292）、《关于云浮110千伏布夏输变电工程项目核准的批复》（云发改工〔2012〕85号）批准建设，项目建设单位为广东电网有限责任公司云浮供电局，建设资金为自有资金及银行贷款，招标人为广东电网有限责任公司。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的建设监理进行公开招标。

2.1建设地点：云浮市

2.2建设规模：云浮220千伏仁安站扩建#2主变工程本期新建主变压器1×180MVA，10kV出线10回，10kV无功补偿1×6×8016kvar。

110千伏布夏输变电工程监理：（１）变电工程：①本期50MVA主变压器2台，110kV出线2回，35kV出线4回，10kV出线24回，每台主变10kV侧安装2组5Mvar低压并联电容器。②220kV兴瑶站扩建2个110kV出线间隔工程。（2）线路工程：110kV布夏至兴瑶双回线路工程：路径长度约16.8km，其中110kV同塔双回线路共长约2×16.8km。（3）配套通信工程。（具体内容详见施工图纸）。

normal style='line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.3计划工期：（1）云浮220千伏仁安站扩建#2主变工程：计划工期：165日历天，计划开工日期：2017年7月30日，计划竣工日期：2018年1月10日；（2）110千伏布夏输变电工程：计划工期：519日历天，计划开工日期：2017年7月30日，计划竣工日期：2018年12月30日。（实际工期以开工报告、竣工报告为准）

normal style='line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.4招标范围：（1）云浮220千伏仁安站扩建#2主变工程监理：施工准备（含三通一平）、施工（含通信）、竣工结算、缺陷责任期、电子化移交的全过程监理。按照建设单位要求使用工程信息管理系统。（2）110千伏布夏输变电工程监理：勘察设计、施工准备（含三通一平）、施工（含通信）、竣工结算、缺陷责任期、电子化移交的全过程监理。按照建设单位要求使用工程信息管理系统。（具体内容详见招标文件）

3.1具有独立法人资格，持有合法有效的企业法人营业执照。

3.2资质要求：具备工程监理综合资质或电力工程监理乙级及以上资质。

3.6总监理工程师的要求：已取得注册监理工程师执业证书，在投标申请报名单位注册。

normal style='line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>3.9其他： 已在广州公共资源交易中心办理企业信息登记，且拟担任本工程总监理工程师须是本企业信息登记中的在册人员。

normal style='line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>3.10若投标人（包括投标人的委托人、代理人或与投标人有销售、劳务或服务等关系的其他主体）在参加南方电网公司系统的招投标活动或经济往来等过程中曾经存在违法事件的，自南方电网公司发文公布违法事件之日起，在规定时间内不接受该投标人参与公司的招投标活动，具体时间按《中国南方电网有限责任公司供应商行贿行为信息记录及处置办法》的相关规定执行。
