normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:28.0pt'>本项目采购内容包括虚拟仿真软件、数据中心设备、智能化系统、音视频等各系统及部署所需辅材、配件、人工、培训及有关技术服务、售后服务、培训服务，预算金额为1910万元，详见项目需求。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;layout-grid-mode:char'>（一）符合政府采购法第二十二条第一款规定的条件，并提供下列材料：

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;layout-grid-mode:char'> 1、法人或者其他组织的营业执照等证明文件，自然人的身份证明；
　　 2、上一年度的财务状况报告（成立不满一年不需提供）；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;layout-grid-mode:char'> 3、依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的相关材料；
　　 4、具备履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力的书面声明；
　　 5、参加政府采购活动前3年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;layout-grid-mode:char'>1、未被“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重失信行为记录名单

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;layout-grid-mode:char'>2、投标人须具有由国家住房和城乡建设部颁发的在有效期内的工程设计（电子通信广电行业）乙级及以上资质或者建筑智能化工程设计与施工一体化一级资质（提供复印件、原件备查）。
