1.4 技术要求：*资格标准：
1） 卖方投标的同规格设备在国内应有3家（包括3家）以上的用户，应提供设备型号、数量、用户名称、联系人、联系电话（手机）。
2） 设备设计制造应符合ISO国际标准。所投标设备应为欧美国家原产国本土工厂生产。
3） 一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
*1.测量软件应使用方便，并经过PTB认证，应提供认证证明材料。
*2可检测的最大齿轮直径：≥400mm；顶尖距30～650mm；可测齿宽≥450mm；
*3.行 程：切向运动：≥230mm；径向运动：≥200mm；Z向运动：≥550mm；
*4内、外齿轮模数： 0.5 ～ 15mm； 螺旋角：00 ～ 900；
*5设备仪器检测精度符合VDI/VDE2612和2613 1级 ；
*6设备单轴检测精度MPEE=1.8+L/250 um (L: mm)
*7所配转台直径≥300mm，精度必须满足被测齿轮各项参数的检测要求。
*8多轴微处理器控制系统，高精度三维探头，对测针有严密的防撞保护技术。可实现四轴四联动，还可手动单项参数测量；

The proje is an international tender proje .
*Qualification requirements :
1) There should be at least 3 users of such equipment with the same specifications as the tendered one in China, and the equipment model, quantity, user name, conta person and telephone number (mobile) should be provided.
2) The design and manufauring of the equipment should comply with the ISO international standard. The bidding equipment should be manufaured by the local faory in the original countries in Europe and America.
3) The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)

*4The equipment should be designed with the deteion accuracy in conformity to Grade 1 in VDI/VDE2612 and VDI/VDE2613.
*Deteion accuracy of the single axis: MPEE = 1.8 + L/250 um (L: mm)
*6Diameter of the configured rotary table: ≥ 300 mm
The accuracy must meet the deteion requirements for all parameters of the gear.
*7The multi-axis microprocessor control system and high-precision three-dimensional deteing head should be configured, and the probe should adopt the stri anti-collision proteive technologies so that the four-axis four-linkage can be achieved and the parameter for a single item can be measured manually.
*8The measuring software should be convenient for operation and pass the PTB certification, evidence of which should also be provided.
