1.4 技术要求：
（1）碳纤维（含：玻璃纤维与碳纤维混合）层压板：检测分层、夹杂、空隙、疏松、孔隙密集等缺陷，要求能检测出层压板厚度0.6-20mm的φ3mm的分层、夹杂缺陷；层压板厚度0.6-40mm的φ6mm的分层、夹杂缺陷。
（2）碳纤维（含：玻璃纤维）层压板的板/板胶接结构：胶接结构厚度1.0-40mm，典型结构2mm+3mm； 2.5mm+18mm；13mm+14mm+13mm，主要是检测层压板之间的脱粘缺陷和层压板内的分层缺陷，要求能检测出2.5mm+18mm厚度的φ3mm的缺陷；13mm+14mm+13mm厚度的φ6mm的缺陷。

（1）For carbon fiber laminates (including those made of carbon and glass fibers): The equipment should be capable of deteing the defes including lamination, inclusion, gaps, looseness, dense pores, etc., particularly the φ3 mm lamination and inclusion of those laminates with the thickness of 0.6 mm~20 mm and the φ6 mm lamination and inclusion of those laminates with the thickness of 0.6 mm~40 mm.
（2）For plates of carbon fiber (including glass fiber) laminates/plate adhesive bonding struures (thickness: 1.0 mm~40 mm) and typical struures (thicknesses: 2 mm+3 mm; 2.5 mm+18 mm; 13 mm+14 mm+13 mm): The equipment should be capable of deteing the defes including debonding between laminates and lamination inside laminates, particularly the φ3 mm defes in the struures with the thicknesses of 2.5 mm+18 mm and the φ6 mm defes in the struures with the thicknesses of 13 mm+14 mm+13 mm.
