1.4 技术要求：
资格标准：
（1）、主要产品投标型号需出具制造商出具的针对此项目的产品授权书。
（2）、投标产品制造商需具备IOS质量体系认证或同级别质量体系认证，并提供认证证明材料。
*（3）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。
主要技术指标：
*风洞各部段沿程压力点测量共需普通精度压力传感器点数及量程如下： 2Psid 差压双向0.05%精度8个，65Psia 绝压0.10%精度5个，5Psid 差压0.10%精度4个。同时需要温度传感器±0.1℃精度4个，2个露点仪测量精度±2℃，27个热电阻探头。

Qualification requirements :
(1) The manufaurer should provide the produ authorization certificate for this proje issued by itself for the tendered models of main produs.
(2) The manufaurer of the tendered produ should pass the IOS quality system certification or equivalent quality system certification and the certifying materials should be provided.
* (3) The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)

* Above all, the number and measuring range of general precision pressure sensors are as follows for the measurement of on-way pressure points of each seion of the wind tunnel:

5 psid (differential pressure): 4; accuracy: 0.10%In addition, 4 temperature sensors with accuracy of ±0.1oC, two dew point meters with accuracy of ±2oC, and 27 thermal resistor probes should be provided.
