1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
对卖方或制造商的要求：
*（1）制造商应具有BN气相沉积炉的设计能力、生产能力、供应能力、售后服务能力及备件的三年以上供应能力。；设备制造厂商具有十年以上研究、生产该类设备的经验，有十年以上的销售历史，同类型设备必须在航空、航天界有用户，且运行良好，无不良记录，并提供2006年至2016年的用户清单。*（2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
主要技术指标：
*有效工作空间（工件尺寸）：？ 800mm×1000mm。
*最大载重 ≥200kg。
*样件平台具有旋转功能（转速1rpm～2rpm）。
*常用工作温度：900℃～1300℃。
*温度均匀性 ≤±10℃（≥1000℃时）。
*空炉冷态极限真空度：≤50Pa。
*升温速率：室温～1300℃，不高于4h。
*降温速率：1300℃～100℃，不高于10h。
*满足通入5种类型工艺/辅助气体：H2，Ar，N2，NH3，BCl3等。
*沉积设备可在典型件制备出完整均匀的BN涂层（厚度0.1μm～5μm），且BN涂层在空气/湿气条件下不发生分解或氧化增重。
*单根纤维的涂层均匀性≤±30%。
*压升率：烘炉完成之后，完全脱气（抽真空）、干燥、空炉、冷态下，关闭真空阀后，3小时之内的真空度变化≤8Pa/h。

Eligibility criteria:
Requirements for seller or manufaurer:
*(1) the manufaurer shall hA/Ve the design capacity, produion capacity, supply capacity, after-sales service capacity and the supply capacity of the spare parts for the BBN vapor deposition furnace. ; Equipment manufaurers hA/Ve 10 years experience in research, produion of this kind of equipment, more than ten years of sales history, the same type equipment must be in A/Viation, space community of users, and running well, no bad record, and provide the user list from 2006 to 2016. *(2) once the winning bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, he/she will abolish his bid. (note: if the produ is imported produs and shall conclude a contra for the import, the winning bidder must be in its own name and buyer or buyer's business agent for foreign trade contras, and can receive the Chinese mainland company pays within the territory of foreign exchange.)
Main Technology data:

*The sample platform has rotation funion (RPM - 2rpm).
*Commonly used working temperature: 900 ℃ ~ 1300 ℃.
*Temperature uniformity of plus or minus 10 ℃ or less (1000 ℃) or higher.
*Vacuum degree: no less than 50Pa.
*Heating rate: at room temperature to 1300 ℃, no more than 4 h.
*Cooling rate: 1300 ℃ ~ 100 ℃, no more than 10 h.
*Five types of process/auxiliary gases are met: H2, Ar, N2, NH3, BCl3, etc.
*The complete and uniform BN coating (thickness 0.1 mu m ~ 5 mu m) can be prepared in typical parts, and the BN coating is not decomposed or oxidized in the air/moisture conditions.
*The coating uniformity of single fiber is less than or equal to 30 %.
*Pressure lift rate: after the oven is completed, completely degassing (vacuuming), drying, air furnace and cold state, after closing the vacuum valve, the vacuum change within 3 hours is less than 8Pa/h.
