中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受中国航空工业集团公司北京航空制造工程研究所委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
（1）制造商必须具有制造同类系统的能力和经验，必须提供国内外可靠的应用工程实例(至少3台)，并提供近年来类似系统使用与售后服务的情况、数量，并附有国内外用户名单与联系方式。
*(2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
主要技术指标：
*（1）带反应釜的电加热炉，具备炉体与反应釜双真空系统。；反应釜工作区尺寸：直径762mm，高度927mm。；运行最高温度≥1200℃，采用PID闭环控制。
*（2）总加热功率≥210KW，采用分区独立加热，带可控硅控制器的三个独立加热元件，每个单元加热功率≥70KW，以保证反应釜温度的均匀性±10℃，升温过程小于3h。

Eligibility criteria:
(1）Manufaurers must hA/Ve the ability to create similar system and experience, you must provide reliable application engineering examples at home and abroad (at least three), and provide the similar system used in recent years, quantity and after-sales service, with the domestic and foreign user list with conta information.*(2) once the winning bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, he/she will abolish his bid. (note: if the produ is imported produs and shall conclude a contra for the import, the winning bidder must be in its own name and buyer or buyer's business agent for foreign trade contras, and can receive the Chinese mainland company pays within the territory of foreign exchange.)
Main technical indicators:
* (1)The eleric heating furnace with reaion kettle is equipped with dual vacuum system of furnace body and reaion kettle. ; Working area of reaor: 762mm in diameter and 927mm in height. ; Run the highest temperature of 1200 ℃ or higher, use the PID closed-loop control.
*（2）Total heating power of 210 kw or more, the use of heat partition independence, with thyristor three separate heating element of the controller, each unit heating power of 70 kw or more, to ensure the uniformity of temperature of the reaion kettle plus or minus 10 ℃, the heating process is less than 3 h.
