Provision Of The Engineering, Design And Proje Management Consultancy Services For the Singapore Jurong Island Desalination Plant Proje ( NO. 40006428)

Tender Opening Venue : Singapore Jurong Island Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex (Hardcopy Submission)
Eligibility
The Consultant shall:
1. Be registered with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore.
2. Not be debarred from participating in public-seor projes.
3. HA/Ve qualified Singapore registered professional engineers to take on the Qualified Person (QP) design and QP Supervision responsibilities.
4. HA/Ve the following track record:
a. Multi-disciplinary technical competence, experience and expertise in the design, construion supervision, commissioning and proje management of major desalination projes.
b. Relevant track record on DBOO water-related projes in Singapore.
c. Resources A/Vailable to support a proje of this size in Singapore.
5. Familiar with Singapore codes and authority submission requirements.
6. Relevant experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support and O&M auditing of desalination plants, with knowledge of O&M auditing in Singapore based desalination plants.
7. Proficient in conversing, reading and writing in English.
