1.4 技术要求：(1)
设备制造商应具有十年以上设计、制造该类设备经验，在中国大陆至少有1台以上的销售业绩，并提供同类型设备中国用户书面证明材料（如合同或验收单等）。
(2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
(3)投标方提供货物是已定型上市销售的全新、原产地、原包装、手续合法完整、渠道正规的进口产品，完全符合质量认证标准及出厂标准。并提供原产地证明和相关所有发运文件。
(4)设备具备信息数据的接口功能，可以与焊膏喷涂机和回流焊设备实现无缝对接，可以与公司现有系统MES对接(采用Webservice接口)。

A/VIC International Trade and Economic Development Ltd. entrusted by the
purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the
supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive
Bidding.

(1) Equipment manufaurers should hA/Ve 10 years experience in design and
manufaure the equipment, at least in mainland China hA/Ve more than one sales
performance, and provide the same type equipment Chinese users written documents
(such as contra, receiving report, etc.)
（2）The bidder must be the
contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this
proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with
the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned.
(Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed,
the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with
the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges
paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be
acceptable.)
(3)The tenderer should offer brand new, originally-manufaured
and -packed market produ that should hA/Ve been finalized in model and type and
imported through legitimate channels with complete and legal procedures. It
should also comply with quality certification standard and faory standard. The
certificate of origin and related shipping documents should be
provided..
(4)The equipment should be configured with interfaces for
information data transmission, ensure seamless conneion with the soldering
paste sprayer and reflow soldering device and support conneion with the
company's current MES (adopting Webservice interface).
