（1）资格要求
Requirements for Qulification of Bidder
A．制造商通过ISO9001质量体系认证，并提供有效的质量体系认证证书；
The manufaurer of the Bid Goods shall pass ISO9001 Certification, and the Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification.
B．投标人应为所投货物的制造商。本次招标不接受代理商投标。
The bidder shall be the manufaurer of bid goods. Bid by Agent is not accepted.
（2）业绩要求：
Requirement for Bidder"s reference:
★投标人的成撬工厂提供的惰气系统应具有不少于2（台）套烟气模式惰气发生器和2套直燃式惰气发生器应用于FPSO或MOU海上设施，均满足烟气模式惰气能力≥9000m3/h、直燃模式惰气≥8000m3/h的技术要求,成功运行时间不晚于2015年12月31日的业绩，不接受新研发制造的产品。
★The bidder’s manufaory shall hA/Ve at least 2 sets of flue-gas type and 2 sets of fuel-burning type successfully operated no later than December 31th, 2015 references of Diesel Engine Driven Fire Pump for FPSO or MOU offshore facilities, which all meet the flue-gas type technical requirements of capacity ≥9000m3/h and fuel-burning type technical requirements of capacity ≥8000m3/h, prototype equipment shall not be acceptable.
★投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同复印件（含相关技术附件）和用户或第三方船级社签署的成功运行证明文件；或2) 用户或第三方船级社签署的成功运行证明文件。
★The Bidder shall submit the Reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence, which include at least one of any followed : 1) copies of sales contra(including technical appendix); and a certificate notice signed by End user or a third party classification society to verify its authenticity ; or 2) A certificate notice signed by End user or a third party classification society to verify its authenticity .
★投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：货物名称、供货数量、使用环境（应用于FPSO或MOU海上设施）、烟气模式惰气能力≥9000m3/h、直燃模式惰气≥8000m3/h的技术要求。
★ The corresponding documentary evidence. submitted by the Bidder shall at least demonstrate the content show as follows: Name of Goods, Quantity, usage circumstance(FPSO or MOU offshore facilities), technical requirements of capacity ≥9000m3/h and fuel-burning type technical requirements of capacity ≥8000m3/h.
★未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法验证货物名称、供货数量、使用环境（应用于FPSO或MOU海上设施）、烟气模式惰气能力≥9000m3/h、直燃模式惰气≥8000m3/h的技术要求、成功运行时间，均视为无效业绩。
★If no documentary evidence submitted, or documentary evidence submitted cannot demonstrate Name of Goods, Quantity, usage circumstance(FPSO or MOU offshore facilities), technical requirements of capacity ≥9000m3/h and fuel-burning type technical requirements of capacity ≥8000m3/h, successful operation time, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
