2.2建设规模：包含：飞来峡、东城、凤城、源潭等用电区域的台区维修、线路修理等15个配网修理项目。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">2.4招标范围：飞来峡、东城、凤城、源潭等用电区域的台区维修、线路修理等15个配网修理项目。项目内容及工程量详见招标文件。（备注：1、项目如与广东电网招标改革方案有冲突，将按照招标改革方案进行调整。2、年中调整后若有新增同类项目也可沿用此招标结果。）

normalCxSpMiddle align=left style="text-align:left;line-height: 150%">4.1 本次实行网上发售电子版招标文件，不再出售纸质招标文件，以投标人网上下载的电子版招标文件为准。凡有意参加投标者，2018年2月8日09时30分00秒至2018年2月13日16时00分00秒，登陆阳光电子商务平台（www.bidding.csg.cn）凭企业CA证书电子钥匙购买招标文件。
normal style="line-height:22.0pt">4.2 本次招标文件以电子版（光盘）(或纸质版)发出，招标文件每套售价200元，售后不退。

normal style="line-height:22.0pt">①标书费采用电汇（转账）或现场支付收取，如采用电汇缴纳标书费必须通过单位账户转账。标书费发票可选择增值税电子普通发票或者增值税专用发票。选择电子发票的需提供正确的电子邮箱并注意查收（两个工作后注意查收），选择增值税专用发票的需凭电汇凭证自行到我公司账务部开取发票。
