normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">1、具有独立法人资格，具有独立承担民事责任能力，持有合法有效的企业法人营业执照。
normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">2、具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度。
normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">3、具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力
normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">4、有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录。
normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%">5、参加采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录。

normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:125%">我公司在确认标书费到账之日起开具增值税票，如需开增值税专用发票的单位请在阳光电子商务平台上及时地提供准确、完整的开票信息，否则一律按增值税普通发票开出，开出发票后将不再退换，各单位领取发票时请携带转款底单复印件并加盖公章（个人转款还需携带单位委托书原件）以便核对。所开出发票的代保管期限不超过半年，请付款单位在上述期限内向我公司索取发票；增值税专用票在认证期内未及时领取而造成无法认证的，我公司不予重开发票。上述超期领票引起的后果将由付款单位自行负责。
