normal style="text-indent:24.1pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%">三、内容：对T2航站楼出港高架桥底墙面铲旧水泥缝、砂浆及清扫表面灰尘（约50600平方米）；对T2航站楼出港高架桥底面柱面及侧面进行打磨、油底漆、面漆（约50600平方米）。

normal style="margin-left:42.3pt;text-indent:-21.0pt;line-height:150%;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1;tab-stops:21.3pt 35.45pt 42.55pt">（2）   投标人同时具有市政公用工程施工总承包贰级以上（含贰级）、建筑工程施工总承包壹级以上（含壹级）及建筑装修装饰工程专业承包贰级以上（含贰级）的资质；

normal style="margin-left:42.3pt;text-indent:-21.0pt;line-height:150%;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1;background:white">（3）    投标人拟派项目负责人为注册建造师必须具有建筑工程或市政公用工程二级以上（含二级）建造师执业资格且须在该企业注册。

normal style="margin-left:42.3pt;text-indent:-21.0pt;line-height:150%;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1;background:white">（4）    项目负责人持有在有效期内的安全生产考核合格证书（B类），或能够提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页。

normal align=left style="margin-left:21.0pt;text-align:left;line-height:150%;mso-pagination:widow-orphan;background:white">注：①资质标准按照建市[2014]159号文颁布的新版《建筑业企业资质标准》中对应的资质类别及等级的承包工程范围和《住房城乡建设部关于建筑业企业资质管理有关问题的通知》（建市[2015]154号）承接工程。并按《住房城乡建设部关于简化建筑业企业资质标准部分指标的通知》(建市[2016]226号)执行。

normal align=left style="margin-left:21.0pt;text-align:left;line-height:150%;mso-pagination:widow-orphan;background:white">②建造师的专业及等级标准按《注册建造师执业管理办法（试行）》及《注册建造师执业工程规模标准（试行）》；注册建造师包括延续注册成功的注册临时建造师。根据广东省建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。投标人提供有效的二级建造师执业资格证书或提供省建设执业资格注册中心“取得二级建筑师、二级结构工程师、二级建造师执业资格证书持证人员从业情况信息公开平台”上有效的《二级建造师执业资格证书持证人员从业情况信息公开证明》，《信息公开证明》可不取库，提供纸质文件即可。

normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%">合格投标人于2018年3月5日至2018年3月9日上午9 时30 分至 11 时 30 分，下午 14时00 分至 16 时00 分（北京时间，下同，法定公休日、法定节假日除外）到广州市天河区天润路333号广州公共资源交易中心现场报名并购买招标文件。招标文件发售金额： 500元人民币/套，售后不退。
