建设规模：本工程位于揭阳市普侨区，总用地面积：25853217;，技术业务用房占地面积：4563217;，建筑面积：13603217;；本期新建技术业务用房一座（单栋建筑、地上3层、地下0层，基础采用独立基础，主体采用现浇混凝土框架结构）；进行电气、给排水部分的敷设安装。项目总投资约625.46万元，其中，本工程施工最高投标限价为3618176.31元。详见招标人提供的招标图纸、工程量清单及相关资料说明。
