Eligibility
All interested bidders that are qualified under Building And Construction Authority (BCA) ME11 – L5 and above.
Any other interested bidders that are not qualified as the above mentioned but have relevant experience can apply as Specially Registered Contractors (SRC).
Pre-qualification application form will be given together with the tender document after attending the compulsory site show-round. SRC application form is to be submitted together with tender documents as per above mentioned tender closing info.

Site Show-round is compulsory.
Site show-round Venue : Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex, 20 Tembusu Crescent, Singapore 627610.
Date and Time : 20 March 2018 at 2pm.

Bidders who do not have a valid Jurong Island Pass, please email Ms Joanna Ang at angys@tuaspower.com.sg and/or Ms Lim Wei Ting at limwt@tuaspower.com.sg for application of JTC visitor pass.
Kindly note that JTC visitor pass application approval will require 2 to 3 working days. Please send us your pass application request earlier to avoid delays.
Tender document Fee
Tender document fee is SGD214.00 inclusive of prevailing GST rate of 7% and is not refundable. It has to be made in either cash (in exact amount) or a crossed cheque payable to “TP Utilities Pte. Ltd.”
Tender Purchase Info
Bidders who have attended the compulsory site show-round can purchase tender document from Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex, 20 Tembusu Crescent, Jurong Island, Singapore 627610 on Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays between 8.30am to 5.00pm.
