10.3.1产品：短编组碳钢车产品（三种产品），长编组碳钢车产品（四种产品），低地板车体小部件，AM项目底架边梁。 10.3.2产品图纸：见附件2。 10.3.3碳钢侧墙板没有切割板边，最大长度25.5m，最大宽度2502mm； 碳钢侧墙窗口预切割，周边预留50mm加工量； 碳钢侧墙骨架挠度0～30mm可调整。 碳钢端墙高度3741（点焊区域实际高度3260），最大宽度3250。 10.3.1 Produs: short train composition carbon steel car body produ (three types of produs); long train composition carbon steel car body produs (four types of produs); low-floor car body small parts, and AM proje underframe edge beams. 10.3.2 Drawings of produs: refer to Annex 2. 10.3.3 The carbon steel sidewall board is not set with cutting board edge, with maximum length of 25.5m, and maximum width of 2502mm. The window of carbon steel sidewall is precut, and the surrounding is reserved with 50mm machining amount. The skeleton flexibility of carbon steel sidewall can be adjusted in 0~30mm. The height of carbon steel endwall is 3741 (aual height of spot welding area: 3260); the maximum width is 3250. |
3. 投标人资格要求Qualification Requirements For Bidder
购买招标文件时，需提供法定代表人授权委托书原件、法定代表人授权代理人居民身份证原件，同时提供上述文件加盖公章的复印件一套。
When purchasing the bidding documents, the bidder shall present the original of the power of attorney of its legal representative, the original of the identity cards of the authorized person, meanwhile, submit one copy of every document above bearing its official seal.
提供各种资质证书的复印件：投标人须提供有效的企业法人营业执照副本（或事业单位法人证书）、税务登记证、组织机构代码证复印件（若营业执照更换为统一社会信用代码，则不需要提供组织机构代码证、税务登记证），ISO9001质量管理体系认证证书。
To provide the photocopy of every kind of qualification certificate: The bidder shall provide photocopies of valid duplicate of business license of enterprise legal person (legal person certificate of public institution), tax registration certificate, organization code certificate (provided that the business license is changed to the uniform social credit code, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate shall not be required), and ISO9001 quality management system authentication certificate.
针对境内投标人：投标人须提供公司注册地检察机关出具的《检察机关行贿犯罪档案查询结果告知函》；投标人须提供银行基本账户开户许可证；被人民法院列为失信被执行人或被国家安全监管总局列入安全生产不良记录‘黑名单’的潜在投标人不得参加投标，否则其投标无效。
For domestic bidders：the bidder must provide the Procuratorial Organ’s Letter of Announcement of Query Result of Bribery and Crime Archives offered by the local procuratorial organ of the domestic bidder’s registered office; the bidder must provide the account opening permit for its basic bank account; the bidder that is listed as dishonest executor by people’s court(s) or in the “blacklist” of work safety demerits by State Administration of Work Safety mustn’t bid . If so, its bid will be rejeed.
业绩要求：投标人或制造商近五年（2013年-至今）应至少具有制造或销售本招标要求的同规格或类似设备（不低于本招标要求）的1个业绩并提供近五年的业绩清单，出具相关业绩的销售合同复印件（含合同首尾页、盖章页、设备名称及清单页等）作为证明材料，否则，将否决其投标。
Performance requirements: The bidder or manufaurer shall hA/Ve 1 performance case of manufauring or selling the equipment the same as or similar (not below the requirements of the bidding documents) to the equipment to be provided in the past five years as of 2013, provide a performance list of the past five years, and offer the copy (first and final pages and seal pages of conta, pages of equipment name and a list of equipment, etc.) of sales contra(s) related to such performance as evidentiary material, or its bid will be rejeed.
