资格标准：
*1）业绩要求：投标方推荐的设备应成熟可靠，在航空行业应有不少于五台同型号设备正在使用，并且买方反映效果良好，投标书应附买方清单及合同复印件。
*2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
主要技术指标：
*最大装夹工件夹具直径≥φ600mm；
*磨料最大工作压力≥800PSI；
*磨料流速≥33L/MIN。

Qualification requirements :
*1) Performance requirements: The equipment recommended by the tenderer should be mature and reliable. At least 5 sets of such equipment should be under operation in the A/Viation industry, and gain fA/Vorable feedback from the users. The list of users and contract copy should be attached in the bidding document.
*2)once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the contract with the buyer for the foreign trade contract of the project. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contract with the buyer, his bid will be abolished. (Note: if the product is imported products and must import contracts, the successful bidder must be in its own name and the buyer or buyer's business agent signed foreign trade contracts, and the company can receive China, within the territory of the foreign exchange to pay.
