河南飞洋建设工程咨询有限公司受开封市中医院的委托，就开封市中医院全自动加压冷敷治疗系统、骨关节超声治疗仪、明视插管软镜采购项目进行公开招标，按规定程序进行了开标、评标、定标，现将本次招标的中标结果公布如下：

二、流标原因：河南沛泽商贸有限公司、河南清迈实业有限公司因未响应招标文件第五章“四、技术要求及参数第5、7、9、10、11款”规定，作无效标处理。导致此次招标不能满足三家投标单位要求，该招标工作无法进行，做流标处理。
