Qualification requirements :
(1) The manufacturer shall hA/Ve more than 8 years of production experience and provide bidding cases of the same model.
*(2) The bidder must be the contractor that has signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
*The machine should be capable of measuring skeleton size of parts in three dimensions.
*Measuring range for sizes: X ≥ 700 mm, Y ≥ 700 mm, Z ≥ 600 mm
*Accuracy specifications:
Measuring accuracy: ≤(1.8+L/300) μm
Uncertainty of space measuring: MPEE ≤ (1.8+L/350) μm (in line with ISO 10360-2 standard)
Uncertainty of space detecting: MPEP ≤ 1.8 μm (in line with ISO 10360-2 standard)
Accuracy specifications for scanning:
Scanning error: MPETHP ≤ 2.5 μm in 72s (in line with ISO 10360-4 standard)
Scanning error of roundness: MPE RONt ≤ 1.7 μm (in line with DIN, EN & ISO12181 standards)
