1.4 技术要求：1）制造商应具有制造同类设备制造经验，同系列且配置有摆动转台的立式镗床的销售业绩不少于10台（投标书应附用户清单,用户清单必须包含用户名称、设备型号、规格尺寸、数量、投产日期）,提供不少于3台的2015年1月1日至今销售合同的复印件及对应合同设备的结构图。制造商在有代理或维修机构能对产品提供长期维修服务保障，投标文件应附证明材料或相关承诺书。
2）一旦中标，该投标人必须以自身名义与买方签订本项目采购合同。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
3）设备为立式镗床，配置水平工作台和摆动转台。
4）工作台尺寸：≥1500×1000 mm 。
5）行程：X≥1600 mm、Y≥1100 mm、Z≥1000 mm 。
6）主轴摆角：A≥110°、B（C）：n×360°。

1）The manufacturer shall hA/Ve experience in producing the same kind machine, and the sales performances of vertical boring machines with the same series and equipped with swing rotating platform is not less than 10 sets (attached the user’s list in the bidding document which should contain user’s names, equipment type, size, quantity and date of production), and the copy of the sales contract of not less than 3 units from January 1, 2015 to present and the corresponding structural diagram of the contract equipment should be provided. There shall be agent or maintenance institution from the manufacturer in China for maintenance service for long period, and the certificates or the guarantees should be attached in the bid documents.
2）once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the purchase contract with the buyer in its own name. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
3）The equipment is a vertical boring machine equipped with the horizontal table and oscillating rotary table.
4）Table dimensions: ≥ 1,500 mm × 1,000 mm.
5）TrA/Vels: Axis X: ≥ 1,600 mm, Axis Y: ≥ 1,100 mm, Axis Z: ≥ 1,000 mm.
6）Tilt angle of spindle: Axis A: ≥110°, Axis B (or C): n×360°.
