3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：1) The bidder must be a legal enterprise group or independent manufacturer engaged in the production, system integration and sales of related equipment, or its sole authorized distributor for the project. 2) The name of the bidder should be the same as the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency, otherwise the bidding documents will be rejected. 3) The bidder must hA/Ve relevant civil A/Viation flight plan centralized processing system and comprehensive information and display system performance experience (must provide relevant copy of the contract or notice of winning the bid). 4) This project does not allow consortium bidding.
