Additional Instructions：Interested bidders can purchase bidding documents from July 13th, 2018 to July 20th, 2018 (excluding holidays) every day from 9:00 to 11:30 and from 14:00 to 16:30 (Beijing time). The bidding documents are priced at RMB 800 or USD 123; they are not refundable after sale. Domestic mail order tender documents should be remitted to the bidding agency at the above address before the deadline for the issuance of the tender. Foreign mail-order bidders should pay cash or wire transfer before the deadline for the tender offer. The confirmed cheque will remit the US$173 (including the $50 express delivery fee) to the bidding agency at the above address (see table below). The bidding agency or the tenderer will send the bidding documents in time by air express, but in any case, the bidding agency or the tenderer is not responsible for the late or lost in the mailing process.
