投标人若为联合体，则联合体每一成员除制造商或集成商外均需提供制造商的正式授权函、原厂服务承诺函，否则其投标将被否决。
2) 关境内投标人须提供以下资质证书的复印件：

②投标人应为独立法人，注册资金不少于2000万人民币或等值外币；

3. Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：
1) The bidder must be manufacturer or integrator, or agent authorized by the manufacturer; otherwise the bid will be rejected. If the bidder is agent who needs to provide formal certificate of authorization and service commitment of the original manufacturer, otherwise the bid will be rejected. If the bidder is joint venture, Each member of the joint venture except for the manufacturer or integrator needs to provide formal certificate of authorization and service commitment of the original manufacturer, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
2) For domestic bidders:
①The bidder shall provide a copy of the business license of the unified social credit code;
